The original stovetop espresso maker, Moka Express, provides the authentic Italian coffee experience, with its unique shape and iconic gentleman with a moustache dating back to 1933, when it was invented by Alfonso Bialetti.
Manufactured in Italy, it boasts a patented safety valve for easy cleaning and an ergonomic handle. It comes in various sizes and is suitable for gas, electric, and induction stovetops (with the Bialetti induction adapter plate).
To prepare the coffee, fill the boiler up to the safety valve and add ground coffee without pressing. Close the pot and place it on the stovetop. Once it starts to gurgle, turn off the heat and the coffee will be ready.
Moka Express is available in different sizes, measured in Espresso Cups, suitable for small or large servings of coffee.
After use, rinse the Bialetti Moka Express simply with water. Do not use detergents or wash in the dishwasher, as this could damage the product and impact the coffee's taste.
